Conjunto Café

Conjunto Cafe' is one of the few salsa bands in Pori region. The orchestra was set up in 1993 and it consists of ten music professionals and enthusiasts. The assembly has changed somewhat during the years. Conjunto Cafe´ plays traditional Cuban salsa spiced up with rhythms from other Caribbean islands. In addition to the traditional compositions there is also newer material in their repertoire, for example songs made famous by Gloria Estefan. Some of the texts have been translated in Finnish as well.
