Asa has already for some time been a torch bearer in the field of Finnish hip-hop. After receiving awards galore thanks to his excellent fourth album “Loppuasukas” released in 2008, the charismatic MC is now hotter than ever. His recipe for success, simply put, is the fact that Asa gloriously succeeds in combining the everyday experience of a Finnish artist with the tradition of hip-hop, plus in crossing genre boundries while at it. Live, Asa is accompanied by his thoroughly groovy JätkäJätkät ensemble.
