The Spanish organist and moog specialist has so far released only two albums, but the funky blue groove of Less Is More (2003) and Good Vibes (2006) has made the young man an instrumentalist star back home, winning him several musical trophies on the way. A much in-demand guest on Spanish records, Mauri’s groovy sound has also found its way on to the international acid jazz compilation Funky Planet Earth, next to people, like Joe Zawinul and John Scofield.
